Guggenheim to Present Major Carol Bove Survey Transforming Frank Lloyd Wright Rotunda

The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum has announced a comprehensive survey of American artist Carol Bove, marking her largest exhibition to date and the first to occupy the museum's entire Frank Lloyd Wright-designed rotunda.

The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum has announced a comprehensive survey of American artist Carol Bove, marking her largest exhibition to date and the first to occupy the museum's entire Frank Lloyd Wright-designed rotunda. Opening March 2, 2026, the presentation traces 25 years of Bove’s career and debuts new steel "collage sculptures" alongside wall-mounted aluminum works. The exhibition features a reverse-chronological layout and includes a site-specific mural by Joan Miró and Josep Llorens Artigas that has been hidden from public view for over 23 years.
