Phillips to Host Zao Wou-Ki Selling Exhibition in Hong Kong Featuring Postwar Eastern and Western Masters

Phillips will present a selling exhibition titled 'Zao Wou-Ki: A Dialogue Between East and West' at its Asia headquarters in Hong Kong from March 6 to 29. The exhibition places the works of Zao Wou-Ki alongside pieces by postwar contemporaries including Georges Mathieu, Pierre Soulages, and Chu Teh-Chun. The presentation is located in the West Kowloon Cultural District and focuses on the intersection of European abstraction and traditional Chinese aesthetics.
